Our products are manufactured and shipped from our trusted suppliers in China. We work with high-quality manufacturers to ensure the best experience for our customers.

How long does shipping take?
shipping usually takes 8-14 business days, but some products may take up to 30 business days. If your order has a longer shipping time, we’ll notify you via email.
Europe: 7-14 business days
USA & Canada: 10-20 business days
Rest of the world: 10-25 business days
Do you offer tracking for orders?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real-time.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $25. For orders below that amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications.

If your item is damaged or defective, contact us at support@aqua-flow.org within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping costs. For regular returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
